Jason Jones brings a dynamic, prolific professional background to legal practice.
His more than a decade of experience in Trinidad and Tobago’s Financial, Construction, and Education sectors give a more nuanced view on cases that benefit his clients greatly.
He is a UK Commonwealth Scholar and co-founder of the ‘Association of Caribbean Students for Equal Access to the Legal Profession’ (ACSEAL) with established networks and Chapters in 7 countries across the English-Speaking Caribbean.
Jason focuses on litigation and the pragmatic resolution of complex issues for clients in a range of areas including Employment Law, Natural Resources and Environmental Law, Personal Injury and Negligence, Criminal Law, and Public Law.
Since returning from the UK where he completed his LPC with distinction, Jason has represented clients in Arbitral proceedings, including a number sports Arbitrations. He has also successfully represented clients in internal disciplinary proceedings.
Since joining Chambers, Jason has acted as Instructing Attorney in a number of administrative/public law matters against the State.
