He is appointed to the World Intellectual Property Organization’s list of neutrals, a closed list of mediators and arbitrators for intellectual property disputes throughout the world. He is also appointed to Sport Resolutions (UK) panel of arbitrators and mediators, where is a specialist member of the international panel for disputes surrounding athlete selection, discipline, Paralympic matters and football issues.
Crowne’s areas of practice include intellectual property, sports, human rights, constitutional law, complex torts, contracts and international trust law.
