About LawInSport
LawInSport is the “go to sports law website” for sports lawyers and sports executives across the world. It is a knowledge hub, educational platform and global community of people working in or with an interest in sport and the law.
They help people ‘understand the rules of the game™’; this means having access to information that allows them to better understand the rules and regulations that govern the relationships, behaviours and processes within sports.
In essence LawInSport shows how the law can enhance the sports industry by helping people and organisations to understand the value rule of law can bring, how to access and use the law to protect their rights, which is a cornerstone of the fundamental principles of effective rule of law.
We work with our members and the wider stakeholders in the sports, business and legal communities to bring stakeholders together to share high quality, accessible and accurate legal information and create an environment that encourages a better understanding of the law and the regulatory framework in sport and practices.
