Victor Fermin is a dedicated legal professional with a strong foundation in both criminal and civil law, committed to upholding justice and the rule of law. His legal training exposed him to complex criminal cases, including murder trials, deepening his understanding of criminal law’s intricacies. On the civil side, he has developed a keen focus on contract disputes and family law, particularly divorce proceedings.
His passion for judicial review emerged during his time at Hugh Wooding Law School, leading to a formative experience with the Solicitor General’s Department, where he explored the judicial review process and its critical precursor—the Freedom of Information Act.
With a meticulous approach to legal analysis and advocacy, he remains dedicated to transparency, fairness, and accountability in every matter he undertakes.
