Chamber’s Member, Matthew Gayle, appeared on Sportmax TV in Jamaica on representing Jamaican track star Briana Williams during her tribunal this evening.
The anti-doping panel’s reluctance to commit to a speedy ruling, in addition to how the panel conducted the hearing, had Williams’ legal team concerned.
Matthew Gayle, one member of Williams’ legal team, claimed that standards applied to evidence they presented were not the same as the ones applied to evidence from the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO).
